AISM was established 2008 as a security service provider to Events, Licensed Premises and Crowd Control. AISM takes pride in obtaining their client base through performance, unique strategies and reputation.

We are now looking to increase our team of security professionals for our community club clients in West Sydney.

Minimum requirements are:

- 1A Security Licence
- Current RSA Competency Card
- Current RCG Competency Card (for this community club)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Full unlimited rights to work in Australia
- Customer Service experience

**Experience is key in this position**

Skills and Experience Required:

- Experience is preferred as a Security Guard in community clubs or licensed venues
- Training with Team Leader on-site during induction
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- MUST be available to work on a weekends and Public Holidays
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience in conflict resolution
- MUST be available to work at different locations as required
