**About the Role**

This is an exciting and unique hands-on opportunity for an experience Recruitment Consultant to work with a supportive team and champion talent acquisition and pipelines across our business. With a strong focus on our interviewing workforce you will be instrumental is sourcing and attracting talent to build a sustainable professional workforce and talent pipeline for our current and future business needs.

You will:

- Work with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure we have the right people and when and where we need them
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment. This includes everything in between such as job descriptions, creating job ads and advertising, reviewing CVs, interviewing, reference checks, making offers and onboarding etc
- Create a pipeline of professional interviewers and other professionals to meet our changing business needs
- Work with our recruitment partners and optimise the use of our recruitment platforms and touchpoints
- Promote us as an employer of choice and shape our employer branding
- Measure and evaluate our recruitment activities, create and maintain recruitment statistics, reports and updates to inform future strategy
- Support broader HR activities including meetings and events

**About You**

If you’re a motivated, enthusiastic and bright person ready for a new and exciting opportunity, we'd love to hear from you Your skills and experience should include:

- An experienced recruiter coupled with tertiary qualification in Human Resources or other related discipline
- Experience managing end to end recruitment and a proven track record in recruitment
- An active communicator with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Can source, engage and pipeline talent using digital tools and job boards such as SEEK and LinkedIn and experience using an applicant tracking system and spreadsheets too
- Can think outside the box for creative solutions for finding people for roles
- Highly organised and able to manage, prioritise multiple competing deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a team with a collaborative working style and within a fast-paced environment
- Able to provide support, guidance and advice to managers on recruitment practices
- Willingness to be involved in broader HR related activities
