Our Medical Imaging team based in **Cannington** are on the lookout for a **Full Time (38 hours)**Medical Receptionist** to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. There will be a need to be flexible to work across our other clinics in the area as well. Lumus Imaging provides a wide range of radiology services to patients including X Rays, CT Scan’s and Ultrasounds.

**You will be responsible for all reception duties including**:

- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Ideally has previous Radiology Medical Reception experience (desirable, not essential)
- Previous administration and/or medical experience
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience working well under pressure
- Is willing to travel between nearby sites if operationally required
