Our clinic in **Cannington** is currently seeking a** Medical Receptionist**to join the team. We can accommodate a start date best suited to the successful applicant.

The role is a **full time position** working Monday to Friday, with shifts of 8am - 4pm and 9am - 5pm.

Role Overview:
As a **Medical Receptionist**, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

What we're looking for:
Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.

Ability to cover leave at other clinics on an as needs basis, this includes North of the River.
