Our client is a boutique property buyers agency based on the Lower North Shore that offers a very personalised service to their clients. In this role you will be able to build and maintain fantastic relationships with each one of your clients, by offering them an exceptional property management experience.

Due to growth, they are now in the market for a switched-on Property Officer or Property Manager to work directly alongside their highly experienced owner of the business to nurture their existing portfolio.

**The Position**

In the role of Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage a small portfolio of 60 properties
- Coordinate all repairs and maintenance
- Conduct outgoing inspections and routine inspections as required
- Maintain and minimise rental arrears
- Resolve escalated issues between tenants and landlords
- Develop new and existing landlord relationships

**The Person**
- Previous real estate experience in a Leasing Consultant, Property Officer or Property Manager
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Superb written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer service skills
- Immaculate personal presentation is essential
- Self-motivated, full of initiative and highly personable
- Top notch attention to detail and first-rate organisational skills
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
