An exceptional opportunity has now become available for an experienced Property Manager to join this business based on the Lower North Shore. This is a dream role where your key mandate will be to develop strong client relationships and exemplify 6-star customer service across the portfolio.
In this extremely rare role, you will oversee an immaculate portfolio and not have to do ANY inspections, leasing, accounts OR administration.
**The Position**
In the role of Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 140 properties on the Lower North Shore
- Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance work orders
- Conduct rent reviews and manage lease renewals/lease negotiations
- Resolve escalated issues and complaints
- Minimise and maintain rental arrears for the portfolio
- Prepare for and attend Tribunal hearings as required
**The Person**
- A solid background in property management is essential
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- First class written and verbal communication skills
- A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
- Immaculate personal presentation and a highly professional demeanour
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
