Subaru Doncaster is looking for a highly motivated Vehicle Delivery Consultant. Reporting directly to the Delivery Manager this role is responsible for organising new and used customer vehicle deliveries.

Key responsibilities include;
- Assist sales in the coordination of vehicle deliveries and bookings
- Fulfil administration duties including registration of vehicles, transfer of vehicles, verifying pre owned vehicles, process vehicle get ready orders
- Coordinate aftermarket accessory fitment to vehicles
- Ensure delivery schedules are maintained accurately
- Maintain contact with customers awaiting vehicle delivery
- Prepare relevant documentation
- Accurately document and report any backordered parts that have not been delivered
- Shows exceptional time management, prioritisation and planning skills to ensure each customer has an excellent experience when picking up their new car
- Can manage all enquiries efficiently and escalate issues to ensure they are pro-actively managed
- Communicates with impact managing multiple stakeholders to achieve best results for the business
- Is detail oriented and as a result your work is accurate and of a high quality
- Have sound computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft office suite and related systems
- Possesses the drive to succeed and meet monthly delivery targets

Automotive experience is desirable but not essential as on the job training will be provided

This is a full time role 8.30-5.00pm Monday to Friday (An occasional Saturday may be required)
