**What You'll Do**:
Lead and Motivate: Manage and inspire a team of cyber security advisors to deliver exceptional service and timely responses to clients.
Customer Focus: Oversee case management, breach response, and cyber resilience services, ensuring our clients receive outstanding support.
Incident Response: Guide your team through complex cyber security incidents, providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
Team Development: Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other teams to improve processes, share knowledge, and enhance service delivery.

**What We're Looking For**:
Proven Leadership: 2+ years leading technical or customer service teams. You know how to motivate, develop, and drive performance.
Customer Service Expertise: Experience in managing customer-facing teams and resolving complex client issues.
Cyber Security Knowledge: A solid understanding of cyber security principles, data breach response, and privacy laws (Australia and NZ).
Certifications (Bonus): CISSP, CISM, or similar cyber security qualifications.
