**The Role**
This multi-disciplinary position is responsible for the governance of ICT services and oversees Service Providers and their ongoing work with risk and issues and contractual deliverables. You will be responsible for implementation and active management of ICT processes and framework. This position works closely with Defence business areas and Defence industry partners to ensure Defence ICT services are secure, stable and fit for purpose. This role primarily involves contract management, stakeholder management with elements of Secretariat duties and project management.

While having a background in service management, some technical ICT knowledge, and project management skills can be advantageous, JCG welcomes applicants who may not possess experience and skills in all of these areas, provided they can demonstrate the potential and capacity to develop them.
