Receptionist Position

Harris Park, Australia Priority Medical Centre Full time

Priority Medical Centre is seeking for a receptionist staff to join our team. We are located at the heart of Harris Park close to public transport. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional patient care and service for many years.

**About the role**
- Front desk reception, meet, greet and arrive patients
- Patient admissions
- Attending to a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
- Booking appointments and rescheduling appointments
- Processing payments, transactions and patient billings
- Other duties as requested
- Maintaining patient confidentiality

**About you**
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise demands accordingly
- Excellent telephone handling skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent and effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to take initiative
- Be a team player and able to work independently
- Intermediate knowledge of PC and proficiency in MS Office suite
- Retail and/or customer service experience (preferred)

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Harris Park NSW 2150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
