About the role:
The Production Supervisor for Label Manufacturing is responsible for supervising the production and packaging of insignia's products to meet company and customer requirements of production output and quality.
Your duties will include:
Leading, coaching and developing the team
Promoting a safety culture within the team
Managing daily production activities to ensure that all procedures are correctly followed, product is produced efficiently and meets dispatch date requirements, and waste is minimised
Investigate internal quality issues and recommend corrective and preventative action
Coordinate maintenance activities, both planned and breakdowns
Provide coverage in the event of absenteeism or during peak production periods across extrusion, rewinding and conversion
Drive continuous improvement

More about you:
To be successful in this role, you will have;
2-5 years experience as a Printer
Proven people leadership skills, who is able to coach and collaborate to get the best out of a well-established team.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, handle competing priorities, meet deadlines and manage activities through to completion
Demonstrated a high regard for safety
