Warehouse Supervisor

Are you an experienced warehouse supervisor or looking to take the next step in your career and lead a team?

We currently have a vacancy for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy Warehouse Team at our Wakerley Head office. This is a permanent, full-time position. As the Warehouse Supervisor you will need to work autonomously and as a key member of our team by performing essential Warehousing tasks while leading your team to ensure that company and customer requirements are met.

You will be working at the ground level alongside the Warehouse Storepersons completing all tasks required to ensure the Warehouse operates efficiently and effectively. Besides the main responsibilities listed above, your other duties will include:

- Provide guidance to Warehouse Storepersons in receipt and despatch operations
- Ensure all daily operations utilise standardised procedures and processes
- Ensure all Quality, WHS & Environmental standards are maintained
- Coordinate Goods Inwards and Despatch Processes
- Maintain Goods Inward consumable supplies at optimum levels
- Rectify and report stock discrepancy issues
- Perform stocktakes as required
- Ensure accurate completion of all relevant documentation

About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience working in a warehouse role
- You will have a current forklift license (preferable) or are willing to obtain
- Computer skills, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- You will have prior knowledge of warehouse and logistics concepts
- High standard of attention to detail
- Demonstrate the ability to manage your time effectively
