Retail Sales Assistant

North Lakes, Australia Home Sweet Home Sofas and Living Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer services to clients
- Maximise sales targets and help to achieve store targets
- Participate in stock management. E.g. inventory counts
- Take pictures of the new furniture products
- Maintain the visual and merchandise displays in order according to corporate guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Positive and open personality
- Good communication skills
- Passion for furniture
- Pleasant, mature, service-oriented
- Must be available to work weekends

Previous experience in the retail or furniture industry would be regarded as an advantage but not a prerequisite, we would be more than happy to show you the ropes. Full training will be provided.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Lakes QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
