**About the Role**

We are looking for an** Inventory Analyst **to join a strong Inventory & Planning team in Jay Jays. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for the flow of stock from our Distribution Centre to stores. This role is a great starting point for someone who wants to take their first step into allocations and planning or further develop their career. This role is full time based at our Support Office, on St Kilda Road.

**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with the planning team to launch new product with allocations based on store budgets, layout and VM quantities
- Daily review of replenishment levels to maximise stock availability in line with sales trends
- Analysing stock on hand reporting and recommending stock transfers and consolidations
- Collaborating with VM and Planning teams to improve sales opportunities
- Developing strong knowledge of product trends, store and geographic attributes across multiple global markets

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in stock allocations and/or replenishment within a Retail environment is advantageous, but not a requirement
- Have an analytical mind, flair for numbers and knowledge of Excel
- Ability to think laterally and have a proactive approach
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment while maintaining accuracy
- Build relationships with team members from various departments internally
