Vendor Replenishment Planner

We have an opportunity for a Vendor Replenishment Planner (VRP) to join us where you will be part of a team that provides the pivotal link between our customers and Lion.

You will be responsible for ensuring effective planning and replenishment to our customers DC’s and stores, achieving customer KPI targets and investigating any issues, as well as conducting regular reporting and analysis to maintain stock integrity.

This fast-paced role will see you as the conduit between customers and a number of Lion internal stakeholders to ensure we get our forecasting, ordering and delivery right every time.

Solid relationship management and hitting our KPI’s are key as you will be the Lion point of contact for the customer when challenges arise.

To be successful in the role, you will bring:

- Ability to be calm under pressure and effectively problem solve
- Strong communication capability as you will be responsible for regular reporting on stock levels and communicating with DC’s and stores
- Previous experience and knowledge of SAP, supply chain planning, inventory management, replenishment, and warehousing & transport
- Strong analytical skills and solution mindset
- Customer centricity ensuring a positive customer service
