**The Team**

Our Talent team is responsible for attracting, developing and retaining top talent and we play an important role in maintaining the people focussed culture. **The role**

Our Early Career Team has the impactful role of building the firm's early talent pipeline through our clerkship and graduate programs. They help law students and graduates begin and accelerate their careers. Our Clerk and Graduate Programs are one of the most highly invested projects we run out of the Talent team each year. This position is for a 12 month maximum-term contract period based in our Brisbane office and you will:

- be accountable for end-to-end student hiring for our Clerkship & Graduate programs including branding, selection, assessment, and interviewing
- have phenomenal communication and relationship building skills as you will be managing and influencing senior partners and leaders as well as the students you're attracting to the roles
- be managing relationships and commitments to university partners, including attraction events, careers fairs and presentations
- help design and deliver the Clerk and Graduate orientation and development programs in partnership with our Talent Development team
- be the key point of contact for HR queries for the Clerk and Graduate cohorts
- partner with the business to provide advice and guidance and ensure you are continuously looking for ways to improve and enhance the Clerkship and Graduate offering

- a willingness to work collaboratively with your national colleagues
- outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
- a solid grounding in Human Resources, either recruitment or HR business partnering
