Step down into Alice, a premium basement cocktail bar housed in the harbourside’s heritage-listed, newly renovated former bond stores, which bestows a bespoke mix of original sandstone walls, timber posts and beams, plush upholstery and speakeasy glamour on the upmarket cocktail lounge.
