**About the role**

Based in Perth, the Program Manager CBTC will report to the Head of Sales and Delivery and will oversee the project development activities in the High Capacity Signalling works covering both conventional and CBTC based signalling works in the PTA Metro Line.

This role requires proven project management experience in infrastructure projects including integration across multiple project disciplines. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and manage and communicate project implications of complex technical issues is fundamental for success in this role.

Preferably a qualified engineer or similar discipline with rail signalling or rail systems, particularly CBTC experience working within large projects.

**EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Degree in Engineering
- Chartered Professional Engineer - highly desirable.
- Project Management qualification

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum of five (5) years' experience successfully delivering complex projects in Australia.
- Demonstrated experience in in all aspects of railway systems with strong experience in Signalling and CBTC
- Experience in Tender, feasibility studies through to detailed design and delivery in rail signalling projects

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Accountabilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Oversee the delivery of the Program as per the Project Delivery Plan.
- Assisting the Head of Sales and Project Delivery with strategy development and budget management for the Program
- Supervising the production of the project plans and schedules with the Project Planner.
- Coordinating project reporting in compliance with the Contract.
- Ensure the on time, on budget and on quality delivery
- Ensure the achievement of the defined targets in terms of Costs, Revenues, Margin and Cash in
- Ensure Client relationship by ensuring a single and direct managerial interface
- Contribute to the promotion of business opportunities and manage the Change Orders/Variation Orders
- Ensure projects and customer prioritization within the specific Cluster.
