Maintain the vast majority of cleaning in-house, the duties extend across all areas of the venue, including the main arena, front of house, back of house, corporate function rooms, bathroom amenities and office spaces.

**About Role**
- **THIS IS A FULL TIME ROLE REPORTING TO THE MANAGER**:

- Work with the Manager to carry out key tasks including day-to-day cleaning, periodic maintenance cleaning, and event and post-event cleaning.
- Ensuring the efficient and effective prioritization and allocation of work, both scheduled and unscheduled.
- Actively lead and monitor the casual team to effectively prioritize the allocation of scheduled and unscheduled work.
- Carry out/Facilitate/Ensure Waste Management
- Work with the Manager to carry out training and development of the casual Presentation Services team.

- Be a professional who leads by example to create a harmonious working environment.
- Have a sound knowledge of Chemicals, etc
- Strong management and leadership skills to empower and motivate staff
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with a range of different people.
- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to problem solve and think ahead
- The ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

The flexibility to work in line with our event schedule, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
