**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Hours 8am - 4pm
- Investigations daily to locate delivery information
- Customer service contact providing tracking explanation’s to customers
- Liaise with drivers and agent vendors for delivery information
- Cross reference agent paperwork / logs
- Complete address change information for packages when required
- Monitor cargo for timely tracking updates to prevent service failures
- Daily creation of drivers manifest
- Other daily tasks as specified by Operations Management
