**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Hours 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Customer service face to face contact providing tracking explanations to customers
- Investigations daily to locate delivery information
- Liaise with drivers and agent vendors for delivery information
- Complete address change information for packages when required
- Monitor cargo for timely tracking updates to prevent service failures
- Other daily tasks as specified by Operations Management

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**- Customer service experience Customer Focus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Must be reliable & flexible to changes.- Excellent attention to detail
- Capacity to repeat daily tasks with attention to detail everyday
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to analyse information to see the whole picture.
- Previous experience in an operational environment
