**JOB TITLE**

Travel Group Consultant

**JOB POSITION**

As a Group Travel Consultant, you will be responsible in providing Group Travel solutions to Group Travel enquiries.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Fully servicing all enquiries, requests, quotes, bookings at a high standard.
- Report, investigate and resolve errors and/or client complaints.
- Communicate effectively within the team, including thorough proactive documentation.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to obtain necessary information to provide a high level of service.
- Develop, maintain, and nurture client relationships at the highest standard.
- Ability to negotiate the best rates and deals from vendors to reduce client expenditure.
- Ability to produce accurate and exciting Domestic and International quotes.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience as a Groups Consultant required.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel products and services.
- Previous personal Travel experience highly desirable.
- Organised and able to work independently.

**THE PACKAGE**
- Permanent full-time role.
- Competitive 70K - 75K + super + bonus.
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
