**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations.
- Stay up-to-date with coffee trends and techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a barista in a cafe or coffee shop.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
