This well-established financial services business is a leader in funds administration, and data management, with a successful growth trajectory hence they seek a '
**Capital Markets Officer.'**

**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities**:

- Assist on tasks with corporate actions including preparation of project documentation, and attending internal/external suppliers to ensure terms of internal/external supplier contracts and/or service level agreements are being met.
- Ensuring that corporate action projects are professionally and thoroughly planned by scoping the project in accordance with the client’s requirements, documenting a project’s base assumptions, identifying the optimum processing option, and the resourcing requirements.
- For each project, ensure that all legislative, client, organisational and project requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Participate in a hindsight review of every project, including analysis of the documentation, management controls and ensure that standard project documentation is amended to adopt processes.
- Assist with the preparation of our invoices and review third party invoices for corporate action projects.

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge and experience working with Corporate Actions.
- Knowledge of the securities industry and financial markets, including Corporations Law, ASTC Settlement Rules and ASX Listing Rules.
- Aptitude and willingness to develop successful project management skills.
