**About The Position**

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Work collaboratively with the team to identify and define testing activities relevant to the AML Remediation Program.
- Review requirements and/or use case documentation to ensure test scenarios meet such requirements and ensure these scenarios are validated.
- Providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems as a result of test execution or design.
- Develop tests cases to support the project delivery.
- Develop test cases to support integration, functional system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Design and prepare testing artefacts to agreed coverage, timeframes and quality including Testing Strategy, Test Plan and progress reporting.
- Perform manual testing to meet the Project needs.
- Create and store relevant test data to ensure auditable outcomes.
- Analyse test results for errors or bugs, database impacts, and usability and document impacts to data, system functionality, user access and business process
- Assist the development teams with root cause analysis and interim unit analysis.
- Effectively communicate and report on testing progress to project teams and stakeholders as required.
- Work closely with management team to ensure delivery of all environments and software releases in a time frame that meets the Project schedule.
- Support the team to improve current test processes and to enhance the testing capability within the team.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualification and/or equivalent industry experience in Information Technology
- Demonstrated Testing experience in Information Technology and/or software development.
- Experience working in teams and engaging with various stakeholder groups.
