- **Part-Time Position**:

- **20 hours per week negotiable**:

- **Level 1/2 position**
- OTS provides rehabilitation and disability supports. We are a registered NDIS provider. Our services support NDIS participants with capacity-building, therapy, community access, life skills, equipment, both clinic and home-based therapies which provide our clients with holistic quality care._

We seek a motivated Allied Health Therapy Assistant to join our team delivering supports to NDIS participants. This position involves working with clients, their families, and relevant community services. Client programs are goal-directed and achieved using a multidisciplinary approach.

**We seek a self-motivated and friendly individual with**:

- Certificate IV Allied Health Assistant or equivalent health qualification
- Experience working with clients with disabilities
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision at clients homes.
- Comprehensive and effective communication and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service
- Computer literacy
- Full NSW Drivers license
- Experience with or understanding of Occupational Therapy.
- Experience working with adaptive equipment and/or wheelchairs (preferred, but not essential training will be available).
- Experience assisting clients with mobility and transfers using correct manual handling techniques.
