**Role Description/Criteria**

St Christopher’s Primary School is seeking an English Leader to assist in our ongoing pursuit of excellence and “not letting any student slip through the cracks”.

The position will be 0.8 beginning as soon as possible but not later than April 22, 2025. The days will be Monday to Thursday and will be a POL 3.

**Skills and Proven Work Abilities**
- A professional working knowledge of the MACS Vision for Instruction and the English curriculum
- The ability to dialogue with staff in a collegial manner to achieve improved learning outcomes for students
- The ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders such as parents and MACS to achieve the best outcomes for students
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to work and communicate within a team environment
- Proven organisational skills, flexibility and a capacity to show initiative in working independently and within a team.
