**Responsibilities**:
As a Partner Sales Manager, you will leverage the capacity and capability of our focus partners and interface with our field sales teams to create a mutual partner-originated pipeline. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our partners and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Leverage Partner Capacity**: Utilize the strengths and capabilities of focus partners to drive sales and expand market reach.
- ** Pipeline Creation**: Collaborate with field sales teams to develop and execute strategies that create a robust mutual partner originated pipeline.
- ** Strategic Alignment**: Ensure alignment between partner and Atlassian's GTM strategies to achieve shared business objectives.
- ** Relationship Building**: Foster strong relationships with partners and internal field teams to facilitate collaboration and drive results.
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize partner sales efforts.
- ** Market Insight**: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in partner or field sales management, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Leader role

As the Leader of the Partner Sales Management team, you will manage a team of Partner Sales Managers and be accountable for growing our partner-originated pipeline, as well as driving the deep integration of our field and partner sales teams. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our partners and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Team Leadership**:Lead a team of Partner Sales managers across key segments
- ** Pipeline Management**: Own the pipeline for partner-originated business, including cross functional engagement with field teams.
- ** Leverage Partner Capacity**: Utilize the strengths and capabilities of focus partners to drive sales and expand market reach.
- ** Pipeline Creation**: Collaborate with field sales teams to develop and execute strategies that create a robust mutual partner originated pipeline.
- ** Strategic Alignment**: Ensure alignment between partner and Atlassian's GTM strategies to achieve shared business objectives.
