This is a newly created key leadership role and member of a Global team of experts across mine Technical Services functions (i.e. peers include Practice Lead Geotechnical, Practice Lead Ventilation etc) that work similar to an inhouse consultancy advising and supporting mining operations and studies around the world. You will be working for a global mining powerhouse who own and operate numerous assets globally. This role will have a stronger focus across the greater Asia area (including Australia and parts of Europe) however will likely be influencing across North and South America.

The role has a key focus on advising, best practice, improving standards and adding value to strategic decisions in operations and studies across a wide scope of underground and open pit assets. You will have the opportunity to work with an exceptionally high calibre team of experts in a dedicated and valued role.

This role will suit a true mine planning expert. A professional familiar with complex hard rock mining methods and with a strong technical level of understanding. Experience working for an owner operator and or consultancy is suitable.
