The Theatre Bar at The End of The Wharf is hiring a Head Barista/ Supervisor. If you have a passion for the arts or theatre and want work in a place with the most incredible view of Sydney Harbour, this could be for you. You will create consistently amazing coffees while providing high levels of customer service to all clientele.

**The Role**
- Make coffee and tea to a high quality and appearance
- Continuously deliver informative, professional service
- Multitask as required in the Bar area
- Take orders and enter in POS
- Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming
- Lead by example and mentor and guide new colleagues
- Help and support the team on the floor and in the bar when required

**About You**
- Min 1+ years as barista/head barista
- High level of coffee machine knowledge and the proven ability to train and mentor other baristas
- Exceptional knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
- Latte Art
- Supervisory experience is highly regarded
- Experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must hold valid RSA
- Working rights in Australia
