We’re looking for an experienced **Barista / All-Rounder Manager** to take charge of our **CBD location**. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who can make excellent coffee, run front-of-house smoothly, and keep the team motivated.

**Hours**: Full-time, **Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm** (no nights or weekends).

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the CBD store.
- Lead by example — making high-quality coffee and serving customers.
- Oversee FOH team: rostering, training, and performance.
- Maintain displays, stock, and cleanliness to Bondi Boulangerie standards.
- Drive productivity and ensure service is fast and friendly.
- Act as the key link with head office for reporting and updates.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong barista skills with speed and consistency.
- Previous FOH manager/supervisor experience in hospitality.
- Great communication and team leadership skills.
- Reliable, organised, and confident managing daily operations.
- Customer-focused, with an eye for detail.
