Our Client, a leader in the events and travel industry, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team. With a focus on creating unforgettable experiences, Our Client offers a range of services including event production, digital & creative services, incentives, and reward & recognition programs.

**The role**:

- Collaborate with the team to research and create compelling New Business Proposals for Meetings, Events, and Travel.
- Budget creation and management
- Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders
- Pricing negotiation
- Provide general administration support for the team
- Manage multiple projects at any given time
- Ensure project timelines are adhered to
- Keep up to date with new developments across the industry
- Demonstrated sales skills from a similar role
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences + Exhibitions) products in key regions
- Proven customer service and dedication to exceeding customer expectations
- Strong supplier knowledge
- Strong project management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in in Business or Event Management will be highly regarded
