range of industries. Based on the Sunshine Coast, we collaborate closely with our growth

partners at Facebook, TikTok, and Google to drive success and stay ahead of the curve.

The Role:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing all tasks assigned by the Client Partner

(CP). You will manage multiple brand accounts, ensuring that strategies and initiatives are

completed within the client’s operational timelines. In this role, you’ll be tasked with

understanding each client’s market, identifying new opportunities, and developing

comprehensive marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition and enhance brand

awareness. This includes analysing consumer preferences and market trends by conducting

keyword research to identify new opportunities.

You’ll leverage organic growth strategies, including SEO, to maximise the overall impact of

campaigns. The Marketing Specialist will also work closely with content writers and ad builders, providing direction and support to ensure high-quality content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy. You’ll report back to the CP on progress and completed tasks, allowing for account reconciliation and updates on new initiatives.

Tasks / Responsibilities:

- Manage full-funnel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google (PMax,

Shopping, YouTube), balancing spend across prospecting, retargeting, and re
- engagement
- Optimise Meta Advantage+ Shopping campaigns by adjusting creative mix,

audience inputs, and exclusions
- Confidently manage catalogue (DPA) campaigns across platforms, ensuring feeds

are synced, categorised, and aligned with promotions
- Create and troubleshoot custom conversions, validate server-to-server events (Meta
- Run Experiments to test creative, audiences, and bidding strategies, rotating assets

and reporting back on learnings
- Reallocate budgets across campaigns to balance CAC, ROAS, and MER, with

proactive forecasting based on promotional calendars and seasonality
- Analyse SKU reports to identify best sellers and new winners, optimising spend

towards scalable products
- Read graphs and dashboards fluently to identify anomalies, troubleshoot

underperformance, and provide insights
- Build and maintain client dashboards in Google sheets, integrating GA4 and

platform data for clear reporting
- Collaborate with clients and creative teams to design testing frameworks, brief asset

variations, and deliver actionable reporting
- Confidently implement, review, and report on action items from client meetings,

ensuring consistent follow-through
- Provide proactive recommendations in meetings, including insights on creative

cadence, product bundles, and promotions to improve outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with ad platform updates, emerging formats, and best practices to

refine strategies and maintain competitiveness

About You:

- Proven ability to manage multi-channel paid media campaigns end-to-end
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (including PMax,

Shopping, YouTube), TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads
- Strong understanding of campaign structures (CBO/ABO, Advantage+, PMax),

attribution models, and paid media metrics
- Experience managing catalogue campaigns and optimising product feeds for e
- commerce
- Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce analytics
- Confident with tracking implementation and troubleshooting, including GA4, UTMs,

CAPI, and events APIs
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable reading data tables, dashboards, and making

data-led recommendations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with clients and

internal creative teams
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and meet

deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong interest in growth marketing, performance

optimisation, and e-commerce strategy
