**Qualifications**:

- **Advanced Degree**: Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science).
- **Strong Coding Skills**: Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages.
- **Financial Acumen**: Understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and risk management.
- **Quantitative Techniques**: Experience with time series analysis, stochastic calculus, and optimization.
- **Problem-Solving Mindset**: Ability to tackle complex problems and think critically.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
