**Qualifications**:

- **Strong Coding Skills**: Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages.
- **Financial Acumen**: Understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and risk management.
- **Quantitative Techniques**: Experience with time series analysis, stochastic calculus, and optimization.
- **Problem-Solving Mindset**: Ability to tackle complex problems and think critically.
