**The Opportunity: Relationship & Inclusion Coordinator (Brand New Management Role)**
- **Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 5 days per week
- **Hours**: Up to 38 hours (must be flexible)

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support new children in the service
- Build connections and relationships between children and educators
- Mentoring and facilitating support meetings with parents & educators
- Updating support & behaviour plans
- Training and guiding the team in behaviour support practices
- Grow team culture, support team wellbeing

**Qualifications**:

- **Must **hold either a COMPLETED **certificate 3** or **Diploma **in Early Childhood
- Current Qld Blue Card.
- **Other qualifications in psychology, behavioral science, social work, or support work will be highly regarded**:

- Must have passion for behaviour management and relationship building
