**New Neerabup Branch opening in February**

**Perth's Leading Concrete Cutting and Drilling company is opening a northern suburbs branch in Neerabup and requires all levels of operators from trainee's, top level cutters and a leading hand/manager.**

Concrete Cutting and Drilling on all levels from local domestic to high rise and industrial projects.

Operators required will need to be able to conduct themselves highly in all concrete cutting situations with a pleasant and can do professional attitude.

We will encourage the use of offsiders at which you will be expected to share your extensive experiences and skills in an effort to cover more jobs and allow for a more flexible family friendly branch atmosphere. This is preferable but operators who prefer to run solo can in most instances.

Expected experiences and skills will be:
Hand saw-ring saw-chainsaw operations (fast and straight)

Floor saw cutting dead straight expansion cuts and slab cutting upto and over 350mm in depth

Wall saw and Wire saws (for top earners)

Jack hammering when required some heavy lifting when no other option available

Operation of equipment including lifting aids and elevation platforms of various types. Including Dingo Diggers

Very occasional floor grinding

You need to be at least available for rostered out of hours or weekend works including a standard expectation that is there to finish current daily tasks upto a 5.30-6.00pm time slot when required.

**Salary**: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
