What you’ll contribute to
The Regions are responsible for planning, coordination and execution of vehicle sales, fleet, after sales, marketing, Dealer relationships and local franchise development activities in order to bullet proof the Dealer network and achieve Guest satisfaction, vehicle and parts sales & service volumes, market share and profitability objectives.
This role is based in Altona North and is a Permanent position.
How you’ll make an impact- Provide support to stakeholders to build strategic partnerships, align business functions, and swiftly resolve complex issues.- Improve business processes to minimise risk and support retail development and expansion.- Monitor dealership scorecard performance across Aftersales KPIs, identify opportunities.- Prepare for, and execute effective dealership visitation to communicate opportunities, and drive positive action.- Provide necessary support to grow dealership and regional performance.- Provide prompt and quality transactional support to dealership enquiries.- Implement, review, and conduct assessments on agreed operational practices, processes and procedures consistent with set policies.
Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Fact driven and logical approach to problem solving.- Analytical and critical thinking skills incl. interpreting information and transforming data into meaningful communications that make a difference.- Strong interpersonal skills to positively engage with our Dealer network.- Autonomous and team-first. Able to autonomously prepare and conduct dealership visitation whilst positively contributing to team culture (support, share learnings).- Questions and challenges status quo.- Account management and/or supplier management exposure - support & drive dealer network to grow performance.- Intermediate MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel (i.e. vlookup, pivot table) highly desired.
