Enhance resident or client well-being through comprehensive assessments of their diverse needs. Design and implement personalized programs to address these requirements. Serve as a resource for Residential Care staff in achieving our common goal
Reporting to the Care Manager and working within an experienced clinical team, you will provide quality care to our residents. You will ensure the physical comfort and emotional health of our residents are met in a caring and nurturing environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Help residents live each day with dignity by responding to their unique physical and emotional needs
- Helping with showering, dressing and meals
- Uphold high care standards by following procedures
- Contribute to care plans by documenting information as required
Skills, knowledge and experience needed:
- Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in Aged Care
- Excellent communication skills
- A commitment to the Christian values in Anglicare
A Covid-19 vaccination is strongly recommended.
To be successful in this role you must have: NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
