**Production Trainer**

C.E.M. Alliance We are looking for an experienced Production Trainer & Assessor, who prides themselves on their communication skills and is passionate about delivering quality training and performance outcomes.

This role will commence on an 8/6 roster for approx 3-6 months with the potential to extend.

**The role will include**:

- Organising and delivering training to new production starters.
- Promoting a **safety-first culture** through a hands-on approach to training and assessing production operators across the following plant and equipment:

- Hitachi Excavator (EX3600, EX2500, EX1900).
- Caterpillar Dump Trucks (789, 777, 793).
- Dozers, Graders, Water Carts.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Trainer & Assessor.
- **Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116.**:

- Background in production mining.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Strong administration skills.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.

**Production Trainer**

C.E.M. Alliance on behalf of our valued client seek to appoint an experienced site technical trainer on a contract basis for a minimum 3 - month project, with potential to extend.

**About the role**:
Our client is a leading 2nd tier miner with a long and successful history. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that values your contribution, listens, and respects their people whilst embracing diversity across their business.

Based on an 8/6 Roster FIFO from Perth, the contract period for the role is approx. 3 -6 months with potential to extend.

**As an integral part of the Site Training Team, the day-to-day duties of the role will include**:

- Deliver site onboarding training (Inductions / Temporary Work Permits)
- Undertake VOC’s on-site equipment and high risk activities (light vehicles, ancillary equipment, work at heights, etc.)
- Maintain the company learning management system including the records storage and running of training deficit reports.
- Booking of offsite training through preferred vendors
- Minesite Experience

**Essential Qualification**
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of INX
- Holds High Risk Work Licenses
- Accredited Worksafe High Risk Work License Assessor
