**Role overview**

A Domino’s Delivery Expert is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering orders to customers, whether by car, scooter or e-bike.

They are often the only point of contact our customers have with the store and brand, so great customer service skills and a safe driving record are a must

**Key responsibilities**
- Safely and efficiently delivering orders to customers
- Providing quality customer service at the door
- Processing cash and EFTPOS payments
- Attending to customer concerns
- Driving and/or riding safely at all times
- Wearing correct Personal Protective Equipment (where required)
- Assisting with customer service in-store
- Assisting with food preparation
- General cleaning duties.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- A valid driver’s licence or motorcycle licence if driving a car or scooter
- A valid learner license if riding an e-bike
- A vehicle with up-to-date registration and insurance (preferable, but not compulsory)
- A safe driving record
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Excellent work ethic.

**Driver Tracker**

Domino’s utilises GPS Driver Tracking to monitor all deliveries. The tracking units are installed in all vehicles (company cars, scooters and electronic bikes), and also in the car topper units that are used with private vehicles. This ensures team members remain safe and accounted for while on the roads.

It is a requirement of employment with Domino’s as a Delivery Expert that you agree to have your vehicle tracked whilst undertaking deliveries.

Please note: If using a private vehicle, you will be paid 41 cents per km on top of your regular hourly rate.

- Delivery driving: 1 year (preferred)
