**About Your Role**:
This is an opportunity for someone who is looking to enter the workforce or further their career in a great work environment. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for the daily operation in the poling section within the piezo ceramics manufacturing facility.

**As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for**:

- Unpacking silvered piezo ceramics and fitting ceramics into poling fixtures
- Run machines to polarise the piezo ceramics
- Unload machines and load the piezoceramics for a cleaning process
- Complete production documentation
- Assist team as required

**How About You?**
- Previous experience in a production
- or factory environment
- Basic understanding of production task workflow
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible, adaptable and a positive attitude
