**Description**:
Reporting to the General Manager Quality & Compliance, this role is responsible for the Sunny Queen’s Quality & Compliance processes, analysis, facts and figures that drive a positive Food Safety Culture across our value streams.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Analysis of food safety and quality outcomes
- Development and maintenance of business processes
- A constant focus on continuous improvement
- Maintenance of Quality & Compliance audit schedules and costs
- Annual budget support

**Skills and Experiences**:
Key selection criteria
- Tertiary qualifications - Food Science or equivalent degree.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Expert excel skills and SharePoint experience.
- Experience in developing and improving business processes is essential.
- High attention to detail.
- Proven experience in building strong relationships with multiple business units.
- Strong investigative/problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive tasks to completion.
