This is a permanent full-time opportunity to join the Cyber Security team with the ability to be based in either Sydney, Melbourne Brisbane or Perth, with hybrid working arrangements.
**The Opportunity**
The Identity Governance Analyst will deliver the User Access Review (UAR) designs and controls based on the guidance provided by the Head of Security Governance & Risk and the Head of Identity and Access Management.
This position will also be responsible for the daily operations of digital Identity and Access Management (IAM) services across Ramsay Australia.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Determine suitable User Access review controls and design the campaigns.
- Provide governance and audit the effectiveness of the UAR controls.
- Contribute to IGA System Design / Development
- Work with internal and external teams to escalate or resolve IAM related system incidents
- Participate in an out of hours on call roster
- Support the IAM Program
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will be a positive and professional person with a knowledge of current and emerging Identity and Access Management technologies. Your strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills allow you to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration principles
- Experience designing Access review campaigns based on inherent risk
- Experience providing digital Identity and Access Management services in an Enterprise environment across Business to Business, Business to Consumer and Business to Enterprise scenarios
- Experience working within an IT Service Management framework and toolset
- Completion or progress towards a tertiary qualification in Cybersecurity, Business Systems or Computer Science is desirable
- Identity and Access Management experience
