The Support team are true advocates for TechnologyOne and our customers, where customer satisfaction and success are our focus. We are committed to keeping our customers doing what they do best - running their business.

As the Customer Community Specialist, you will contribute to this by helping drive continued engagement within the Customer Community and working closely with Product Success Teams, Marketing, Customer Experience Manager and our Super Users to help us scale our community.

**What you'll be doing...**
- Demonstrate strong customer advocacy and suggest ideas to meet needs within the Customer Community
- Respond to messages, comment on posts, and interact with Community members to become the 'face' of the TechOne Customer Community.
- Respond to requests and community feedback and share actively with the TechnologyOne family.
- Create knowledge base articles for customer community functions, as appropriate, to improve self-help capabilities for our customers
- Ideate, design, and execute unique ideas, activities and activations that incentivise, grow, and engage our customers
- Analyse data and trends to generate bespoke and compelling initiatives or campaigns
- Host webinars to showcase community features, connect with our members and demonstrate how to get the most out of community.

- Self-starter - you love setting goals and striving to reach them
- Experience creating bespoke content for online groups to drive engagement
- Curiosity and an ability to understand people, their needs, issues, and problems, and proactively identify options and/or solutions
- Data-driven ability to partner with reporting analysts and data teams to ensure community programs (campaigns) are measurable and effective
- A creative mind with a desire to deliver exciting, compelling content
