**About the role**:

- Looking after three outlets within the hotel
- Develop training and strategy with the HR teams and outlet managers
- Work with the outlet managers to ensure service is above and beyond
- Reporting directly to the General Manager
- Three direct reports with a team of approx. 50 staff

**What you need**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in F&B Management, preferably large volume premium, elevated casual, "trendy" venues
- Experience with functions is highly desired
- Multi-site experience is beneficial but not essential
- 4 or 5 star Hotel experience is beneficial but not essential
- Proven track record of delivering dynamic training

This role includes working across a seven day roster so we are looking for someone that is passionate about the hospitality industry and is wanting to take the next step in their career with an excellent opportunities for growth
