THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you passionate about the wine industry? Do you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Bimbadgen Estate is looking for a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Store Person to join our team and contribute to our mission of producing and delivering top-quality wines.
We require a motivated, organised individual who is looking for a career in warehousing and/or the wine industry. So, if you're a self-starter with a resourceful mindset and you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and making things happen, then this is the role for you.
**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Efficiently manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of winery products.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to meet daily operational needs.
- Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.

To become part of the team, there’s a few skills you should have:

- Warehouse experience preferred but not essential
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Current Forklift operator’s Licence or willing to obtain one
- RSA and RSAT
- Motivated with the ability to work independently and under supervision
- High standard of personal presentation and behaviour
- A genuine and honest approach to all facets of business and customer communication
- Computer literate.
