Trade qualified Electrician (unrestricted licence) with 6+ years Technical Services Maintenance Management experience within a major Integrated FM Service Provider supporting large contracts.

**Base Criteria**

Trade qualified Electrician (unrestricted licence) along with a strong understanding of Integrated Facilities Management. Strong trades management and organisation skills, along with outstanding Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management attributes, able to fully engage at Trade, Middle and Senior Management levels.

**Outline Duties**
Performing a lead role in ensuring their ongoing delivery of Electrical Facilities Maintenance services, holding the Electrical Contractor’s Licence and providing trades support, supervision and direction of direct and service provider staff, whilst driving service delivery programmes to meet KPI’s.

Ensure the timely delivery of the full spectrum of Electrical Technical Services (planned preventative and reactive maintenance and minor works) within a large complex site.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Electrical Maintenance Management or Technical Services within a major Integrated FM Service Provider or Building Services Contractor managing the delivery of electrical services to a complex site / portfolio within dedicated KPI’s.
- Strong experience in managing a team of electrical trades / maintenance staff (direct and service provider) providing clear direction and timescales to ensure their effective achievement of service delivery objectives.
- An excellent communicator, with fluent English language skills, you will provide clear and concise instructions, management and maintenance plans and undertake internal and external stakeholder interface.
- Engaging personality and strong presentation skills, able to delegate responsibilities to ensure efficiency of time.
- Personal commitment and drive to ensure a continuous programme of best practice, innovation, business optimisation, and industry leadership.
- Prior experience working within a large complex site, such as a University, Research Facility, Hospital, Prison or Data Centre.
- Australian Citizen able to secure a National Police Check.
