Warehouse Storeperson

**Location**:Moorebank, Sydney NSW - close to public transport
- **Role**:Picker and Packer + general store person duties.
- **Casual or Permanant Full-Time** - Up to 40 hours per week. Immediate start available.
- **Pay Rate**: Dependent on casual or full-time and experience

Unimech (Asia Pacific) located in Sydney, NSW has operated for over 15 years warehousing a large range of valves, fittings, flanges and actuation products for distribution to our many customers throughout Australia and the Pacific. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service delivering fast and efficient response and delivery to our customers.

Experience is not essential as long as you are reliable, an enthusiastic learner, able to follow processes, work as part of a team and willing to perform the tasks below. You will be working in a warehouse environment which means you will need to stand for long periods.

**As a store person your primary duties will be**:

- Day to day picking, packing and sorting of stock and orders.
- Re-stocking of pick bays and storage crates.
- Unloading and loading of shipping containers.
- Valve actuation and testing. Training will be provided.
- Qualified to use a forklift to assist in these duties is highly desirable.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse.
- Including and not limited to all other warehouse duties.
- This role includes regular manual handling as part of the responsibilities above.

- Forklift License and current experience desirable.

Pay: $24.98 - $31.96 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
