Waterproofer/tiler Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Apprentice to join our team, specialising in waterproofing, tiling, flooring, and general renovations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn a wide range of trade skills, and grow within the construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist tradespeople with waterproofing, tiling, flooring, and renovation projects.
- Recieve your trade certification with our in-job training program _(through rpl conditions apply)_
- Prepare and clean work areas, tools, and materials
- Cut and lay tiles, flooring, and other materials under supervision
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace
- Support with general carpentry, demolition, and renovation tasks as required
- Learn and develop technical skills to progress within the trade
- Adhere to all building codes and regulations
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations and site protocols
- Customer relations.

**Requirements**:

- Genuine interest in building and renovation work
- Car with a valid drivers license, unless you can commute to wheelers hill every morning.
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to think on your own
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Ability to work safely
- Valid First aid certificate(if you don't have it we can organise it for you)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- White Card _(or willingness to obtain)_
- _(Prior _experience_s not _Necessary_)_

Pay: From $170.00 per day

Expected hours: 42 - 57 per week
