About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Floor Finisher to join our team in Wattle Grove. In this

full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing, sanding, polishing, and finishing various

types of flooring including concrete, timber, vinyl, and laminate.

You will contribute to high-quality results on residential and commercial sites, ensuring

finished surfaces are durable, safe, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and removing existing

coatings or contaminants.
- Operate industrial grinding and polishing machines to refine concrete floors to

a smooth, high-gloss finish.

- Assess floor conditions and perform minor surface repairs such as patching

cracks or filling joints.
- Ensure precise finishing in accordance with project specifications and client

expectations.
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and

workplace safety

**Requirements**:

- 2 year’s experience as a floor finisher or in a related trade
- Certificate III in Flooring Technology or relevant experience
- Skilled in using polishing and sanding equipment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Physically fit and dependable
- White Card (Construction Induction) required
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
